We accept cancellations for any reason within 24 hours of purchase as long as said order has not been fulfilled and shipped. However, due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds for used products. Please be aware that our products are intended for professional use. We highly suggest doing your research on any products you may want to add to your stash of nail products. Please be aware that colors may slightly vary on different monitors. We accept zero responsibility for dissatification.

A $25 non refundable deposit is required for all appointments and must be sent within 1 hour of booking. Deposit will be deducted from your total service. Appointments made without deposit will be cancelled. Deposit should be sent via zelle or apple pay to 410 622 7782. Include first and last name, date time of appointment. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance.
A 15 minute grace period is given. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment. Anything after you will need to reschedule.

No call/ no show
Not showing up for your appointment and failing to communicate is an automatic ban for future booking.

You have 72 hours from your date of service to notify me if you experience issues such as nail breaks, losing charms or gel polish chipping. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule to resolve this matter.
